What is the teamdecoder Academy & Community for Role-Based Work, and who is it for?

Hello everyone,

The teamdecoder Academy is a series of online workshops and trainings on role-based work, along with a monthly in-person meet-up in Berlin. You can always find the latest event dates in our community.

We record all online events and make them available to community members for review, rewatching, or catching up.

Both the community membership and participation in the workshops and trainings are free of charge!

Background

I'm Kai, a consultant specializing in brand strategy, sustainability, and work organization. A few years ago, I founded www.teamdecoder.com as a tool for people like us, to simplify the documentation and development of roles within teams and to help teams achieve clarity and transparency around roles.
