The template idea:
- you use the SKILLS list for your traditional circles, structured according to a certain subject, like marketing or sales.
- and you use the ROLES list for new strategic roles, created to be more customer centric
- SKILLS meet in SKILL CIRCLES and ROLES meet in STRATEGY CIRCLES
- the new strategy circles consist of representatives of each skill circle - this is organized by LINKS (see screenshot 2)
