Every list has a notes box at the top for you to customize the description of the content of each list:

Why?

Sometimes users have creative ideas of how to use the lists inside teamdecoder, and suddenly everthing in the list "Skills" is part of "Our offer to stakeholders" - or in the list "Projects" we can find sub-circles of the items in the circles list. With the new notes feature, you can now peronalize your lists with an individual text at the top.

Switch On / Off

If you do not need this features it can be toggled off in the seetings:

If you want the notes box in some lists and in some not, you can toggle it on and off for each list seperately in the lists settings (3 dots on top right):
