Secret Tool Export Feature

We are currently working on different kinds of accounts, that will allow admins to eg give people view rights, even though they are not owner of a certain role or memeber of a certain circle. Let's say the department head wants to have an update of the definition of the role "Sales Representative".

There are 2 posisbilities:

1. You make a screenshot - works well when the role does not have too many tasks and/or owners
2. You export all tool info as txt file. That works as follows:

Step 1

Find the tool from which you want to export the contents

Step 2

Click anywhere on the top bar of the tool

Step 3

A .txt file will be downloaded onto your computer that looks like this:

You can now share this content in an email, word file, presentation or Miro board.
