What is a card/ an item?
All the white (or light blue/ light green) boxes are called card or item. The are always inside a specific list.
What is a tool?
When you click on a card, a tool opens. Every list has its own tool with elements specific to this list.
What is a team?
A team is the totallity of all lists and card in the current view. You can create different teams in teamdecoder - this all happens in the teams menu on the top of the page:
What is a mode?
A mode changes the way you look at your data. There are:
- standard mode
- people focus mode
- circle focus mode
- projext focus mode
- circle mode
- project mode

- workload mode
- compare mode
